I am the Founder and Managing Director of Gayle Chien responsible for delivering the company’s core ethos of offering a personal and professional service. After 21 years working in the property industry I thought clients deserved a property consultant that put their needs first.
We use our valuable network of contacts to secure the best investment opportunities for our clients. We pride ourselves on building a rapport and giving expert advice to our clients; experience has taught me that this advice should be personal, in depth, clear, consistent and complete.

I was born in Malaysia, and moved to London in January 1999. I decided to start Gayle Chien with Colin after working in the residential property industry for 16 years.
I am driven to achieve excellent results and provide a tailor made and personalised service to my clients. I take pride in providing an honest and personal service, offering one point of contact for all my client’s property needs. My focus is assisting my international clients to navigate the complex world of property investment. This ranges from property selection through to lettings, management and tax compliance.
My enormous desire and passion ensures all clients enjoy the highest level of attention, care and prompt feedback delivered with the upmost honesty and professionalism.
I speak and write Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and English and am ARLA qualified enabling me to offer professional guidance on the law and management of residential property.
In my free time I travel, shop and spend time with my family.
